MEET THE COACHES
Introducing Daisy and Nick
-
Daisy is a dedicated sports therapist, running coach, and strength & rehab coach with a passion for helping individuals stay active, healthy, and strong—no matter their age or level of athletic ability. With a focus on rehabilitation, Daisy empowers athletes to not only recover from injuries but to also build resilience, understand their bodies, and shift focus to what they can do, rather than what they can't.
A competitive athlete herself, Daisy has earned podium finishes in ultra-running events, road and mountain bike races, and has a deep passion for climbing. Her diverse athletic background gives her a unique understanding of the demands of various sports, and she tailors her coaching to the specific needs of each individual.
Whether it's running, strength training, or rehabilitation, Daisy combines a wealth of personal experience with her professional expertise to help others move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best. She also prioritizes her own strength and conditioning to support her own pursuits, constantly learning and evolving to ensure she’s in top form for all her hobbies.
Daisy's holistic approach to health and fitness means she's equally committed to both the physical and mental aspects of training, ensuring every client receives a well-rounded, sustainable path toward their goals.

After graduating from Hartpury College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Conditioning and Coaching, Nick began his career in the fitness industry. Alongside his fascination with improving people’s athletic performance, he also aims to support individuals' overall physical and mental well-being using a range of methods and modalities.
Nick's commitment to learning has led him all over the UK and to the U.S., where he has learned from top coaches, sports teams and individuals training and preparing for athletic events, and tough physical and mental challenges. Nick has proven systems and modalities in place, but is not rigid in his training approach, being always willing to use the most beneficial training tools available.
With experience in coaching athletes in a range of sports, Nick has worked with a diverse range of clients, from solo arctic explorers and GB & Olympic athletes, to people simply wanting to take on their own personal challenges, whatever the scale.
Nick's personal interest began from a young age with multiple sports and cross-country events, evolving into a particular interest in strength and conditioning training, and how that influences athletic performance. He enjoys how different physical qualities can work together to create resilient athletes, enabling them to conquer a range of challenges in varied terrains and conditions.
As an athlete, Nick enjoys challenging himself in a variety of events, including trail based ultramarathons, triathlons, Hyrox races, and cycling races.
